  1. Maintains call time of less than 5 minutes per call.

  2. Processes patient payments, documents accounts, handles resubmission of claims, etc

  3. Closes all payment/correction batches by the close of day and turns in batch reports and all supporting documents daily.

  1. Communicates in a professional manner with other departments.
  2. Handles all other assigned duties in a timely manner. Examples: Bankruptcy, itemized statement requests, emails, night line messages, deceased report.
  3. Other duties assigned.
